About This Site
Ponderosa Point, in the forest.
Ponderosa Point is a forested site where old-growth ponderosa stand close and shade the ground in soft moving light. The building area sits within a natural clearing, allowing the home to be placed among the trees rather than in front of them. The forest loop trail passes along the boundary.
Positioned within the forest area of the plan, Ponderosa Point offers soft western sun through the canopy.
