Community
Life at Pine Valley
Pine Valley is a small planned community of about 201 acres in Flagstaff, Arizona, where the life is quiet, outdoors, and unhurried. The community is not built around a clubhouse or a calendar of events; it is built around the land itself: trails, meadow, pond, and sky.
Every day begins on the trail
Morning walks
The meadow loop at first light, before the day begins anywhere else.
The community entrance
Stone pillars and the Pine Valley name, where the community begins.
The pond
Still water that holds the evening sky, ringed by the trail.
Outdoor evenings
Stone fire pits, long dinners, and slow conversations under the pines.
Dark skies
Flagstaff was the world’s first International Dark Sky City. Pine Valley is a short drive from the darkest part of the plateau.
Snow & seasons
Deep winters and gold falls, the two seasons everyone waits for.
The Commons
Shared ground, kept open.
Everything the community shares sits on land that stayed wild. The pond, the meadow, the trails, and the gathering terraces were planned second, after the forest and its sight lines. Together they give Pine Valley its daily rhythm.
Community pond & meadow
The quiet heart of the community, kept open and shared.
Trail network
Walking, running, and mountain-bike loops through forest and meadow.
Gathering terraces
Places built for outdoor meals, firelight, and company.
Two entrances
The community holds itself to itself, with privacy by design.
Wildlife corridors
Open space left to connect, so the land’s residents stay too.
Future phases
More homesites to come, released slowly over the years ahead.
